🥈 Runner-Up – 6.2kg Lost, 3.3% Body Fat Dropped
Our runner-up actually lost more total weight – 6.2kg – but the winner edged ahead on % body fat lost.
This lad was recovering from a serious shoulder injury. But he didn’t let that hold him back.
