Option 1 — Online Private Coaching

The 12-Week Strength Rebuild

For former athletes and busy adults over 30 who want to rebuild strength, improve body composition and train consistently – without flare-ups or setbacks.

Application only. I take on a small number of clients each month.

Investment: €649 for 12 weeks – private coaching at €54 a week.

Option 2 — IN-PERSON cOACHING (CARLINGFORD)

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

For adults based in Carlingford and surrounding areas who want structured strength training with proper coaching in a small group environment.

Every session has a purpose. Every movement is coached.

Online Coaching — Available Nationwide

The 12-Week Strength Rebuild is delivered fully online. All you need is access to a gym. Application only - limited spaces available each month.
