Section 2: Small Group Training (SGT)
Q: What is Small Group Training? A: SGT is coached strength training in groups of up to 12 people. You get the expertise and accountability of personal training with the high-energy atmosphere of a team. It is the most cost-effective way to get elite-level coaching in the Carlingford area.
Q: Is SGT suitable for beginners? A: Absolutely. Many of our members start with zero gym experience. All exercises are coached and scaled to your current ability. You will never feel out of place, and we don’t expect you to be “fit” before you join us.
Q: I have a history of back pain. Can I still join? A: Yes. This is our specialty. We build your training around safe movement patterns and core stability, helping you build the confidence to live a life without constant flare-ups or fear of injury.
Section 3: Logistics & Timetable
Q: What are your most popular training times? A: Our 7.00 AM sessions are ideal for people who want to get their session completed before work. Our 9:45 AM sessions are ideal for remote workers and stay-at-home parents. Our evening sessions (from 5:30 PM) are the go-to for professionals in the Cooley, Lordship and Carlingford area looking to switch off after work.
Q: How long are the sessions? A: Most sessions run for 45 minutes – purposefully designed to fit into a busy lifestyle while providing a complete warm-up, strength work and conditioning.
Q: Do you offer 1-to-1 Personal Training? A: Yes. We offer 1-to-1 PT for those who want 100% individualised attention or have very specific rehabilitation needs. Availability is limited and prioritised via our discovery calls.
Section 4: Getting Started
Q: How do I get started? A: The first step is to book a 5-minute Discovery Call. We’ll chat about your goals and training history to make sure we’re the right fit for you. From there, we’ll get you set up on the Templetown PT Connect app and book your first session.
Q: Are places limited? A: Yes. To maintain coaching quality, we cap our total membership. When our early morning, evening or 9:45 AM slots are full, we move to a waitlist to ensure every member gets the attention they deserve.
Q: What if I’m nervous about starting? A: That’s normal! Most of our success stories started with someone feeling nervous. Our job is to support you from the moment you walk through the door. By week two, you’ll feel like you’ve been here for years.
